Paul Harvey

Paul is the Technical Architect of OCLC’s new SOA-based, Web-scale next-gen ILS – the WMS.  Paul is the Technical Director of OCLC UK and OCLC EMEA, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
